Sunbird Coffee Company grew out of a shared love for precision, art, and innovation. Founded by two World Latte Art Championship competitors and longtime industry leaders, our story brings together our Japanese and Mexican heritage—a combination that directly shapes our unique, non-traditional flavor pairings.

With over ten years of competition, roasting, and hands-on teaching behind us, we created Sunbird to bring coffee science and true craft together. At the heart of what we do is The Rising Phoenix—our logo and original signature pour, created in-house to honor classic techniques while exploring new creative ground.

Whether we’re hosting private tastings, popping up with our mobile espresso bar, teaching hands-on masterclasses, or consulting for specialty cafes, we bring that same care, chemistry, and craftsmanship to every single cup.
